Andrey, who loves a girl, gets a job as a police intern and, together with Lieutenant Colonel Roshchin, rushes in pursuit of the criminal Taktarov, who stole the American diplomat Harrison. The criminals manage to leave St. Petersburg, the case becomes international, and now all police forces are deployed to catch the adventurer holding the diplomat. Taktarov is heading south, with endless fun adventures ahead for the pursuers and the escapees.
